Resolved the Committee on the building of the Market House which was appointed last [session] be required to take up the subject again and to report definitely to the next meeting of the City Council.
......Resolved that the sum of One Hundred dollars or as much as necessary be appropriated for the purpose of buying a Horse and Harness for the use of the City and that the said amount be placed at the disposal of the Mayor
