Present Aldermen Nalle, and Wah-senberger. Alderman Wahsenberger moved a call of the council. The call being sustained the marshal was dispatched for the absentees. Aldermen Boardman, Coombs, Crooker, Reichman, Sheehan, and Tobin appeared and answered to their names. Quorum present. On Motion of Alderman Nalle the call was suspended The following business was transacted An ordinance amending section 1-3 of article 6-13 a of the ordinances of the City of Austin. Ordinance read first time and on motion the rules were suspended and the ordinance placed upon its second reading by the following vote: Yeas: — Aldermen Boardman, Crooker, Nalle, Reichman, Sheehan, Tobin and Wahsenberger. Nays: — Alderman Coombs. Ordinance read second time, and on motion the rules were further suspended and the ordinance placed upon its third reading by the following vote: Yeas: — Alderman Boardman, Crooker, Nalle, Reichman Sheehan, Tobin and Wahsenberger. Nays: — Alderman Coombs. Ordinance read third time, and on motion passed by the following vote.
