78 Called Meeting of the City Council February 09, 1882 W A Dayton Mayor Presiding Roll call present alderman Kinney Schubert Brueggerhoff, Radkey Kupfurtz, Platt Wilson Absent, Fritz, Cook & Moeller. Call of the Council read and is as follows. You are hereby called to attend a called meeting of the City Council this Thursday evening at 7.30 P.M. for the purpose of considering the question of the qualification of voters at the ensuing election on the 11th inst. On motion of alderman Brueggerhoff the reading of the minutes of Feb. 6. was suspended. Alderman Platt moved that the instructions given in the Proclamation of the Mayor in regard to the election to extend the limit of the debt of the City are hereby approved by the Council. Alderman Brueggerhoff call for the yeas and nays and the motion was carried by the following vote Yeas aldermen Kinney Schubert Brueggerhoff, Radkey Kupfurtz, Platt and Wilson Nays none Absent Cook Fritz Moeller On motion the Council adjourned T G Purnell City Clerk
