Roll call present. Aldermen Netz Kinney Schuler Bruggerhoff Radky Wilson Oswald Cook Chapman, Norther Platt.
Call of the Council read, which was for the Consideration of matters pertaining to Railroads.
The following Aldermen were each fined one dollar for non attendance at this meeting Cook W. Kupperly Norther Platt.
Alderman Bruggerhoff offered and ordinance Granting the International & Great Northern R R permission to cross Congress Avenue Provided that they keep the crossing in good repair On motion of Alderman Bruggerhoff the ordinance was referred to a special committee of 3 Aldermen the mayor and the following ie the Committee W. H. Taylor Mayor J. H. Walton City attorney Aldermen Bruggerhoff Radky & Netz.
On motion of Alderman Bruggerhoff the' Council adjourned
