The resignation of D F Iglehart and J A Cooper, as members of the Board of Equalization was received and accepted. Mayor nominated J Warrenberger and Mr Brush to fill the vacancy. The Council confirmed the nominations After hearing some suggestions for and against alderman cook moved that the council adjourn On motion the Council adjourned July 1. 1882 Thomas E. Roll call present Metz Kinney, Cook and Schuber, A fine of one dollar was entered against Aldermen Bruggerhoff, Radkey, Kupping, Moran Cook Plath and Wilson for non attendance at this meeting. On motion of Alderman schuber the council was called and the marshal sent after the absentees, On motion the Call of the Council was sustained
And on motion of Alderman Metz the Council adjourned Thomas E. Purnell City Clerk
