168 Regular meeting of the City Council Austin Texas July 17, 1882 R Peak acting Mayor Presiding Roll call present Aldermen Keeney Schuber Bruggerhoff, Kauppertz, Moeller Absent Aldermen Cook Radkey, Wilson Metz On motion of Alderman Schuber the Council was called and the Marshall sent after the absentees On motion of Alderman Bruggerhoff the Call of the Council was suspended Motion to adjourn was lost A fine of one dollar was entered against Aldermen Metz Cook Radkey and Wilson for non attendance at this meeting. On motion the Council adjourned Aug 7th 1882 Read and approved Aug 7th 1882 T. E. Powell City Clerk
