Hon W A Saylor Mayor Presiding Roll call present Alderman Kinney, schutze Bruggerhoff, Radekey Wilson Absent alderman Burpritz, Thoreen, Metz Cook On motion of Alderman Bruggerhoff the Council was called and the marshal sent after the absentees Alderman Metz came in and answered to his name On motion of alderman Bruggerhoff the Call of the Council was suspended. Reading of the minutes of the [illegible] of the Called meeting of Oct 31, 1882 postponed On motion of Alderman Kinney the receiving of petitions was postponed until next meeting. The reports of the city officers for the fiscal year ending Oct 31, 1882 received and referred to the respective committees to which they belong. Report of the City Treasurer assessor and Collector. City Clerk for the fiscal year and for the Qr. ending Oct 31, 1882 referred to the Finance Committee Report of the City Sexton for the year and month of Oct 1882 referred to the Cemetery Committee Report of the City Physician referred to the Charity Committee Report of the Fire Department for the fiscal year ending Oct 31st 1882.
