328 Called Meeting of the City Council Austin Texas July 31, 1883 Hon W.A. Saylor mayor Presiding Roll call present aldermen Metz Lawrance Kinney and Black On motion the council was called and the marshal sent after the absentees. Call of the Council suspended a fine of one dollar was entered against Aldermen Schubert Pfannstielk Heuphertz Morlan and Wilson for non attendance at this meeting. On motion the Council adjourned T G Purnell City Clerk
