329 Called Meeting of the City Council Austin Texas Aug. 1, 1885 Hon W Scarbrough Mayor Presiding Roll call present Alderman Metz, Heimby, [illegible] and [illegible] Koepping, and Black On motion the Council was called and the marshal sent after the absentees Alderman Lawrance came in and answered to his name. A fine of one dollar was entered against Aldermen Schuber, Pfannekucke, Moeller and Wilson for non attendance at this meeting On motion the Call of the Council was suspended On motion the council adjourned D L Burnet City Clerk
