Linn, President of the Board of Aldermen Presiding Roll call Aldermen Present Present-Aldermen Anderson, Assmann, Glass, Graham, Linn Morris, Neulan, Nitschke, North, Platt, Schuber, Shelley, Sutor, Townsend, Warmoth, Meyerman, Ziller-17 absent- Absent Aldermen Hume, Jackson, Ketchum, Miller Schneider- 5 The following was read Austin Texas June 25, 1892 Call of council To the Members of the City Council of the City of Austin We the undersigned aldermen of the City of Austin hereby call a special Meeting of the City Council to meet at the Council rooms at the City Hall at 6 o'clock P.M. this the 25th day of June A. D. 1892 to take such action as the Council may seem proper in relation to granting or amending, substituting or repealing ordinances granting rights to Lewis Mercer Construction Company relating to establishing a system of sewers in the city of Austin A.H. Neulan J.H. Warmoth George P. Assmann J.W. Graham J.B. Nitschke Wm. J. Sutor 6:45 PM Austin Texas June 25, 1892 officers return of I hereby certify the following aldermen have call been served with the above call by reading the same viz Anderson, Assmann, Glass, Graham, Jackson, Linn, Miller, Morris, Neulan, Nitschke, North, Platt, Schuber, Shelley, Sutor, Townsend, Warmoth, Meyerman, Ziller and that aldermen Hume, Ketchum, and Schneider have been served by leaving a true copy at each of their places of business Jas E. Lucy City Marshal ord granting Alderman Sutor presented an ordinance granting right to construct to the Lewis Mercer Construction Company their sewers associates successors and assigns the right to construct and maintain sanitary underground sewers under the streets and alleys of the City of Austin It was read the first time after which a motion was made to suspend the rules and place the same on its second reading which was adopted by the following vote.
