Williams Jr. for damages to horse Read, and referred to the street Committee. By the Mayor. Petition of A.G. Spear asking to have certain pound fees refunded. Read and on motion referred to the Police Committee. By Alderman Nitschke. Petition of Housen Clark asking to have certain pound fees refunded.
