Jones asking that Certain pound fees paid by him be refunded. On Motion the petition was granted. Pat Martin The Chairman laid before the Council a petition from Harwood + Pat Martin, H. Harwood and J. Jedeall asking that Certain Jedeall pound fees paid by them be refunded. On Motion the pound fees. petition was granted. By Aldermen Ulit – petition of Felix Davis asking that Felix Davis pound fees paid by him be refunded – On motion the pound fees petition was granted. The Chairman laid before the Council a petition from H.J. H.J. Johnson Johnson asking that Certain pound fees be remitted – pound fees. On Motion the petition was granted.
