Shelley President of the Council presiding Roll Called Present Aldermen Davis Wortimen Redd Schneider Shelley Shumate Stumpf and UlitAbsent Aldermen Crooker Gillis Hume, Lora Maddox Nitschke 6 Agst. [illegible] present. [illegible] The following Roll was read. Austin Texas July 19th 1901 Roll A special session of the City Council of the City of Austin is hereby Called to meet in the Council Chamber at City Hall at 5 o'clock P.M. this day for the purpose of appropriating money to purchase bonds for the Sinking fund of the water light bonds of the City of Austin and for the Sinking fund of the Refunding bonds of said City W.D. Shelley City Mayor J.P. Schneider 1st Ward W.A. Redd 1st Ward T.D. Davis 2nd Ward Wm Ulit- 5th Ward I J.F. Montgomery City Marshal of the City of Austin do hereby Certify that the following named Aldermen have been Served with the above Call, Viz: Aldermen Redd Schneider Shelley Shumate Nitschke Ulit and Aldermen Lora Davis Gillis- And Aldermen Crooker & Maddox. being out of the City, a true Copy of said Call left at their residences J.F.
