Present Aldermen Crocken Low Meador Mortimer Nitschke Schneider Shelley Shunick Stumph Veit 10. Absent Aldermen Davis Lunn & Redd 3. The following Call of the Council was read. Call of Austin Texas Oct 23rd, 1902 Council A Special meeting of the City Council is hereby called to convene in the Council Chamber at 8 o’clock PM this day for the purpose of considering a petition of the Austin Electric Railway Company for permission to change its line of road on certain streets of the City, and also to consider an ordinance requiring the removal of poles from certain streets of the City. Hon W.D. Shelley asking Mayor F.M. Waddell Alderman & Ward J.F.D. Davis Jas Nitschke Fred Veit Theodor Low. I hereby Certify that all of the Aldermen has been served with a copy of this Call by having same read to them in person and a true copy was left at the office of Mr J.R.
