Haynes, President of the Council presiding Roll Called Present Aldermen Armstrong, Ganse, Haynes Petri, Powell, Redd, Shumate, Smith, Von Rosenberg and Wilhelm 10 Absent Alderman Crooker, Machen, Willcox, Young 4 The following Call of the Council was read. Austin, Texas, Dec 28th 1905. Call Council A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Austin, is hereby Called to meet at the City Hall at 5 P.M. Dec 28th 1905, for the purpose of taking such action as may be deemed necessary looking to the payment and adjustment of the accrued interest on three (3) water and Light bonds of the City, and for the further purpose of making an appropriation to pay Salaries of Officers and employees for 1905 W.H. Shelley, Mayor J.W. Shumate 6th Ward Von Rosenberg, H.L. Haynes 6th Ward Austin Texas Dec 28th 1905. I hereby certify that I have served the within Call for a Special meeting of the City Council by reading same to each of the following named Aldermen, to-wit: H.D. Wilhelm, H.C. Redd, A.E. Ganse, C.H. Powell, E.Von Rosenberg, L.M. Crooker Joe Machen, C.J. Armstrong, Henry Petri, C.H. Wilhelm H.L. Haynes, J.W. Shumate, John Smith and Carl Moore W.J. Morris City Marshal. Resolution in regard to 3-5% W. & L bonds The Finance Committee presented the following resolution which was read and adopted. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin; That W.L. Droullard be and he is hereby authorized to make the same Contract, with the holders of the remaining three five per cent water and Light bonds of the City, as he was authorized to make with the holders of 317 of same bonds, by resolution passed Dec 19th 1905, Said Contract to contain same terms and Conditions as embraced in Said last named Contract. $862.50 for W.L. interest By the Finance Committee an Ordinance appropriating on 3 W.L. bonds the sum of $862.50 for the purpose of paying accrued interest on three 5% water and Light bonds of the City.

No. 934.15 to pay Salaries By Alderman Haynes an ordinance appropriating officers + employes 1905 the sum of $ 934.15 for the purpose of paying Salaries of officers and employees for the year 1905.
