. Regular meeting of the City Council: Austin, Texas Feby 24th 1910. Hon A F Wooldridge, Mayor ,presiding: Roll called: Present Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew, Gracy, Hart & Powell 5 Absent none.
The minutes of the last regular and recessed meetings were read ,but not act e d upon.
On motion the regular order of business was suspended, and the petition of the Austin Electric R R Co for permission to change its track on certain streets ,taken up, and discussed by parties in favor of granting the petition ,and those opposed., but no action taken by the Council. On motion the Council recessed ,subject to the call of the Mayor.
Austin Electric RR Change track
February 25th 1910. The Council was called to order by the Mayor,with all members present. Councilman Powell offered the following resolution: Resolved, that the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to survey and sub-divide tract of land belonging to W T Caswell east of " The Highlands " ,a tract north-east of the City limits,provided that other work of that department is not delayed or interfered with. The resolution was adopted by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew,Gracy, Hart & Powell 5 Nays none.

March 1st 1910. The Council was called to order by the Mayor,with all members present By Councilman Powell an ordinance appropriating the sum of $ 2,000.00 for the purpose of paying weekly pay rolls street Dept. The ordinance was read the first timeand the rule suspended and the ordinance placed on its second reading by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew,Gracy, Hart & Powell 5 Nays none.

Councilman Hart offered the following resolution: Resolved that the Diamond Lights on Congress Avenue ,be lighted only on saturday nights and on such holidays as may be designated by Supt of Parks and Public Property,until further action of the Cincil. The resolution was adopted by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew,Gracy,Hart Abwell 5 Nays none.
