The Council then recessed subject to call of the Mayor. Central Garage & Supply Company Gasoline Tank .November 23rd 1910. The Council was called to order by the Mayor,with all members present. The Mayor laid before the Council a petition from the Central Garage and Supply Company asking permission to place under the sidewalk at No 907 Congress Avenue a Bowser Gasoline storage tank. The petition was read and on motion the same was rejected by the following vote: Yeas Mayor Wooldridge,Councilmen Bartholomew,Gracy,Mart & Powell 5 Nays none. The Council then adjourned.
