Regular meeting of the City Council: Austin, Texas, August 10, 1911. The council was called to order by the Mayor: Roll called: Present Mayor Wooldridge, Councilman Batholomew, Lockridge Bartholomew & Powell Absent Councilman Hart On motion the Council recessed until 3 o'clock PM this day.
