Saturday Sept. 9th 1911
The Council was called to order by the Mayor with all members present. On motion Councilman Bartholomew was granted leave of absence for 30 days from Sept. 11th 1911, by the following vote:
Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Hart, Lockridge & Powell
Not voting Councilman Bartholomew
The Council then adjourned.
