The Council was called to order by the Mayor: Roll called : Present Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew,Hart,Haynes & Powell 5 Absent none. The minutes of the last regular and subsequent recessed meeting were read and adopted by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew,Hart,Haynes & Powell 5 Nays none. Councilman Powell offered the following resolution : Transfer funds Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin : Sewers That thirty thousand ($ 30,000.00) dollars,be and the same is hereby trans-ferred from the Sanitary Sewer Bond account to the Sanitary Sewer fund account: The resolution was adopted by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Bartholomew,Hart,Haynes & Powell 5 Nays none. Approved, A P Wooldridge,Mayor. The Mayor laid before the Council the following resolution : Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin : That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer the sum of Transfer funds fourteen and 72/100 ( $ 14.72) dollars,from the general street improvement fund to the Permanent street improvement fund for the purpose of correcting error in placing refund of bond expensesin the general street improvement fund instead of the permanent street improvement fund. The Mayor laid before the Council the following resolution : Whereas, Mrs Alice L Waldon makes affidavit, which affidavit is attached hereto, that the certain credits assessed against her upon the tax rolls of this City for the year 1912 were illegally assessed ,in that she did not possess said credits at the time of said assessment; therefore, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin : That the assessment against the said Mrs Alice L Waldon for the year 1912, be cancelled, and she take credit upon her rendition list accordingly. Be it further resolved : That the City Assessor and Collector take credit upon his rolls for the year 1912 in accordance with the provisions of this resolution .
