015 Regular meeting of the City Council; Austin, Texas, Sept 25th 1913: The Council was called to order by the Mayor :Roll called: Present Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew, & Haynes 4 Absent excused Councilman Powell 1 The minutes of the last regular and subsequent recessed meetings were read and adopted: The Mayor laid before the Council the reports of the Supt of the Water & Light Plant& that of the Fire Marshal, which were read and ordered filed: The Council then recessed subject to call : Sept 27th 1913, the Council was called to order by the Mayor with allpresent except Councilman Powell. Councilman Anthony offered the following resolution : Upon good and sufficient reasons unto the City Council shown , Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin : Fine Willie Childress remitted ✓ That the balance of the fine and costs in the case of the State of Texasvs Willie Childress, cause No 7975, in the Corporation Court of the City of Austin, Texas, which balance amounts to the sum of $ 46.10,be and the same is hereby remitted. The resolution was adopted by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony,Bartholomew & Haynes 4 Absent Councilman Powell 1 Approved, A P Wooldridge, Mayor. The Mayor laid before the Council the following resolution : Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin : Rice Fred Andrawartha Services Parks ✓ That the sum of seventy five ($ 75.00) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Miscellaneous Park Fund set apart for the improvement of North East Avenue ,in payment of a bill for services rendered by Jno Andrawartha to the Citizens Committee and approved by said Citizens Committee and former Councilman Jas P Hart, for plans and specifications accepted by said Committee and through said Committee by the City of Austin, for the parking of North East Avenue. The resolution was adopted by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew & Haynes 4 Absent Councilman Powell 1 Approved, A P Wooldridge, Mayor.
