300 .Regular meeting of the City Council : Austin, Texas, July 01, 1915: The Council was called to order by the the Mayor ;Roll called : Present Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew, Haynes & Powell 5 Absent none: The minutes of the last regular and subsequent recessed meetings were read and adopted: On motion of Mayor Wooldridge, leave of absence was granted to Asst HB Barnhart Leave absence City Attorney H B Barnhart, for 30 days ,from July 1st,1915. A.L. 303 .The Mayor laid before the Council the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the Mayor of the City of Austin have leave to amend his budget for the year 1915 by adding thereto in the General Contingent fund the sum of $ 600.00, to be derived from the lease of the approach to the boathouse at the dam and the land upon which such boathouse is located. This fund of $ 600.00, is derived from the payment to the City by the lessees of said above named property ,Messrs Huck & Wright, at the rate of $ 50.00, per month ,payable semi-annually in advance, and said $ 600.00, is hereby appropriated as a credit upon the bill of A A Mundt for doing extra work in the way of concrete wharf construction at the dam. The above tract of land when purchased is to used by the City of Austin as an adjunct to the Sanitary Sewer system of this City for the placing thereon a sewer disposal plant or for such other sanitary use as the City of Austin may at the time of its use decide.
