Hon E C Bartholomew, Mayor, pro tem,presiding:Roll called : Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew, Haynes & Powell 4 Absent excused, Mayor Wooldridge 1 The minutes of the last regular and subsequent recessed meetings were read and approved.
Reports of City Officers:
The Chair laid before the Council the following reports,which were read and ordered filed: Assessor & collector, Supt Streets & Sewers,Marshal Councilman Anthony to whom was refered the petition of Ed Johnson to have finein Recorders Court remitted, presente a verbal report recommending that the petition be granted.The recommendation was adopted by the following vote : Yeas Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew, Haynes & Powell 4 Nays none. Drivers license wre granted to the following named applicants; E B Earnest, 1701 Chicon Street. Geo Fiegel Jr 606 Guadalupe street. J M Benson , 1403 Garden street. The Council then adjourned.
