Councilman Powell offered the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the City Treasurer and the Book-keeper of the Street & Sewer Dept,be and they are hereby instructed to transfer the sum of $ 93.75,from the Sanitary Sewer Earnings fund to the General Street Improvement fund.Also the sum of $ 3.13,from the Permanent Street fund to the General Street Improvement fund.For the purpose of re-imbursing said funds for amounts stated which were erroneously drawn ,See Warrants Nos 38319 & 38441.
