Cemetery Expansion and Regulations:
The official map for the Oakwood Cemetery Annex was adopted. New policies set grave plot prices ($7.50 for adults, $5.00 for children) and limited families to purchasing two grave spaces. Sales proceeds will fund future cemetery land acquisition.Infrastructure Upgrades:
Projects were approved for new sanitary sewer line extensions on 8th, 12th, and 14th Streets. Additionally, a storm drain on Wichita Street and concrete paving for an alley near 23rd Street were funded.City Finances & Citizen Appeals:
Financial transfers and appropriations were made for various city operations, including interest payments and sewer project reallocations. A request for fine remission from one citizen was refused, while fines for two other individuals were remitted.

Councilman Haynes offered the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the sum of $ 97.16,be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Contingent fund of the City of Austin, Texas, to pay interest on the General fund of the City of Austin, texas, for the month of November 1915, per per the attached and approved billrendered by the Citizens Bank & Trust Co of the City of Austin, Texas. Councilman Powell offered the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the sum of $ 45.44, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Street Improvement fund of the City of Austin, Texas, for the year 1915, in payment of the approved attached bill of interest on overdrafts of said fund to the Citizens Bank & Trust Co for the month of November 1915. Councilman Bartholomew offered the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the plat of Oakwood Cemetery Annex designed by Geo S Iredell, Civil Engineer,and surveyed and mapped by Urin E Metcalfe,Civil Engineer, and adopte by the City Council by resolution dated October 29th 1915, and now on file in the Office of the County Clerk of Travis County, Texas, and a copy of which is is now on deposit with the City Assessor & Collector of the City of Austin, Texas, be and the same is ereby declared to be the Official map so,far as completed ,of the Annex to Oakwood Cemetery in this City. and be it further resolved : That the sections of said map as now platted and on file in the Office of the City Assessor & Collector of the City of Austin, Texas, and designated as Sections "A" "B" and "D",are adopted and declared to be the Official Maps of those sections, and

Be it further resolved : That the schedule of prices of lots of said sections, as set out in the accompanying and attached exhibit "A"be and the same are hereby fixed at and declared to be the prices for the lots in said sections "A" "B" and "D",as set out by number ,size and price in said exhibit "A",and Be it further resolved: That for single grave spaces sold to adults the price is hereby fixed at $ 7.50, and where sold for the purpose of interrment for the bodies of young children,the price is hereby fixed at $ 5.00 for each grave space ,and Be it further resolved : That not more than two grave spaces can be sold to the members of any one family. Mayor to make deeds to Cem lots. Annex The Mayor laid before the Council An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of Austin, Texas, to execute deeds of conveyance to cemetery lots in Oakwood Cemetery Annex in this City. The ordinance was read the first time ,and a motion made to suspend the rule and place it on its second reading, which motion prevailed by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew, Haynes & Powell 5 Nays none. The ordinance was read the second time and laid over . The Mayor presented application from Jack Barker ,asking the remission of a Jack Barker fine Refused. fine assessed against him in the Recorders Court. A motion was made that the petition be not granted, which motion prevailed by the following vote : Yeas Mayor Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew & Haynes 4 Nay Councilman Powell 1 Councilman Powell offered the following resolution : Approp. Sewer Con. Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the sum of two hundred and sixteen dollars ,be and the same is hereby appro -priated out of the Sanitary Sewer Bond fund to be used in doing the following sanitary construction work: To construct a 100 foot extension of a 6 inch line along 8th street west of Blanco street at a cost of $ 33.00 To construct a 6 inch sewer line along east 12th street from Angelina street westward ,a distance of 290 feet at a cost of 113.00

About Storm Sewer Wichita St Councilman Powell offered the following resolution : Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That the sum of four hundred ($400.00) dollars ,be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Permanent Street Improvement fund for the purpose of constructing a 20 inch and a 24 inch pipe drain ,400 feet long, across Wichita street south of its intersection with 27th street through private property to the alley west of Wichita and northward along the alley to the south side of 27th street connecting with a pipe drain already installed.
