March 29th 1917: Tom Wolf fine cancelled Councilman Anthony offered the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin: That the balance of the fine and costs ,amounting to $ 9.80, in cause No 11748, State of Texas vs Tom Wolf in the Corporation Court of the City of Austin, Texas, be and the same is hereby remitted. April 3rd 1917: Sewer University Councilman Powell offered the following resolution : Resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas : That permission be and is hereby grantedto the University of Texas. to make a sanitary sewer connection of the new Educational Building located upon University Campus with the City's sanitary sewer main in the alley between Whitis Avenue and University Avenue south of 21st street in this City, and Be it further resolved by the City Council of the City of Austin: That all work to be done under this permit must be done under the supervision and with the authority of the City Engineer, and Be it further resolved : That all expenses incurred in doing this work , including the crossing of 21st street and connecting up with the City's present sewer main in the alley above described, shall be born by the University of Texas.
