BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN: That the sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($5,600.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Earnings Fund of the Water, Light and Power Department to pay for the same. SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, May 18, 1918. The Council met with all members present.
