Austin Goodyear Co. permit for tank --- Page break --- 283 Wooldridge, Councilmen Anthony, Bartholomew, Haynes, and Powell, 5; nays none. APPROVED, May 21, 1918: A. P. Wooldridge, Mayor. The Council then adjourned. V.S. Martin City Clerk SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, May 22, 1918. The Council met with all members present. The Mayor laid before the Council the following resolution: RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS: That the assessment of an automobile for taxes of the year 1917, at $300.00, against Charles Spreen, be and the same is hereby cancelled and annulled, for the reason that the Council believes from the attached statement of the said Charles Spreen that he did not own the said automobile on January 1st, 1917. Chas. Spreen. Auto assessment. The resolution was adopted by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. APPROVED, May 22, 1918: A. P. Wooldridge, Mayor. The Council then adjourned. V.J.
