Jackson, Overland car, No. 133069; Willie Arnold, RFD No. 1, Cedar Creek, Ford, No. 2736. All were granted by votes of 5 yeas, no nays. V.T. The motion carried by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. It was read the second time, and the Mayor moved that the rule be further suspended and the ordinance placed on its third reading. The motion prevailed by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. After the ordinance had been read the third time, the Mayor moved its final passage, the motion prevailing by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. The Mayor laid before the Council the following resolution: RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS: That the sum of One Hundred Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($102.50) Registration of be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Contingent Fund vital statistics: of the City of Austin, Texas, to pay the account of S. A. Woolsey, City Appd. for Physician and City Registrar of Vital Statistics, for the registration of four hundred and ten birth and death certificates, per the attached statement of W. A.
