65 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, Sept. 16, 1918. The Council met with all members present. Mayor Wooldridge laid before the Council the following resolution: RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS: That the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-two Dollars ($982.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Contingent Fund of the City of Austin, Texas, and made payable to H. A. Wroe, the buyer of the Austin City Sewer Disposal Plant Bonds. Approv. & pay H. A. Wroe expenses of Bond Issur. This appropriation is to reimburse the said H. A. Wroe for expenses incurred in connection with the printing of these bonds, attor- ney's fee, etc. The resolution was adopted by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. APPROVED, Sept. 16, 1918: A. P. Wooldridge, Mayor. The Council then adjourned. V. E. [illegible] City Clerk SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, Sept. 17, 1918. The Council met with all members present. On motion of the Mayor, the public service car permit granted O. H. Levingston Service car Permit revoked August 14 to O. H.
