SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, Sept. 16, 1918.
The Council met with all members present. Mayor Wooldridge laid before the Council the following resolution: App'l l. by H.A. Wroe expenses of Bond Issue RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS: That the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-two Dollars ($982.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Contingent Fund of the City of Austin, Texas, and made payable to H. A. Wroe, the buyer of the Austin City Sewer Disposal Plant Bonds. This appropriation is to reimburse the said H. A. Wroe for expenses incurred in connection with the printing of these bonds, attor- ney's fee, etc. The resolution was adopted by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. APPROVED, Sept. 16, 1918: A. P. Wooldridge, Mayor. The Council then adjourned.

Levingston, on his Dodge car No. 186967, and never taken out by him, was revoked by vote of 5 yeas, no nays. The Council then adjourned.
