68 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, Sept. 23, 1918. The Mayor laid before the Council the application of J. L. J. L. Floyd Lloyd of South Austin for public service car license on his StudeService car baker car, No. 133145, which was granted by a vote of 5 yeas, no nays. license Sept. 24, 1918. The Mayor laid before the Council the application of G. G. G. G. Morgan Morgan, 1601 Eva street, for public service car license on his Ford Service car car, No. 131818.
