Councilman Bartholomew offered the following resolution: RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS: That the Superintendent of Parks and Public Property of the City of Austin, Texas, be and he is hereby authorized to contract with Ira Perry of Rockdale, Texas, for fuel for the Water, Light and Power Plant of this city at the rate of $1.55 per ton, f. o. b. cars Rockdale, Texas, for the six months of the year 1919 terminating July 1st of that year.
