SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, April 2. 1921. The Council met with the following members present: Mayor Yett, Councilmen Alford, Graham, Haynes and Ward, 5; absent, none. A contest of the election by J. H. Rogers and Jno, S. Ward was presented and H. L. Haynes, contestee, asked that he be allowed until Friday, April 15, 1921, in which to prepare his answer to contestants, J. H. Rogers and Jno. S. Ward, which request was granted, Councilman Graham then moved that the contest begin Friday, April 15, 1921, at ten o'clock A. M., and continue until finally disposed of. Motion preveiled by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Alford, Graham, Haynes and Ward, 5; nayes, none. - The Council then adjourned. Bita beris
