A contest of the election by J. H. Rogers and Jno, S. Ward was presented and H. L. Haynes, contestee, asked that he be allowed until Friday, April 15, 1921, in which to prepare his answer to contestants, J. H. Rogers and Jno. S. Ward, which request was granted, Councilman Graham then moved that the contest begin Friday, April 15, 1921, at ten o'clock A. M., and continue until finally disposed of.
