1 The foregoing ordinence wan read the first time and anld over until the next regulor meeting. The Council then recessed. SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texan, July 18,1921, The Council was called to order by the Mayor. Roll call showed the following members present: Mayor Yett, Councilmen Copeland, Eyrев, Наупев, and Searight; 5- absent, none. The applications of Jim Arnold to operate as a service cor, Ford. Engine #97; R. T. Stewart to operate as a service car, Overland Engine #1699668; Joe Herbert, to operate as a service car, Ford #413681; William Green, to operate as a service car, Ford Engine #41874; Dr. L. H. Harbert to operate as a service car Ford Engine #4347332 were granted by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Copeland, Eyres, Haynes and Searight, 5; nayes none.
