532 SPECIAL LEFTING OF THE CITY COMICIL: Auntin, Texas, September 20.1921, The Council was called to order by the Kayor. Roll call snowed the following members present: Mayor Yett, Councilmen Eyres, Haynes and Searight, 4; absent, Councilman Copeland. Councilman Eyres moved that the bill of H. F. Kuehne, amounting to Seven Hundred Eighty-two Dollars and Seventy-nine Cents ($782.79), the same being 3% fees on plans and specifications for the construction of a boiler house at the Water and Light Plant, be allowed and ordered paid. Kotion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Еугев, Науnes and Searight, 4; nayes, none, Councilman Copeland absent. L. M. LeMeilleur, representing the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company, appeared before the Council and made the proposition to insure the pump and turbine at the Water and Light Plant. Coun- сіїтни Науnes moved that Councilman Eyres be authorized to take out such insurance as he deeme advisable upon the pump and turbine at the Water and Light Plant. Motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Eyres, Haynes and Searight, 4; nayes, none, Councilman Copeland absent. The Council then adjourned. Councilman Haynes moved that the regular order of business be suspended and that waiting committees be heard. Howard McKean, representing the A. T. McKean Estate, appeared! Lefore the Council and asked that the paving of West 13t: Street between Colorado and Lavaca Streets be postponed for one year on account of the present business depressio..
