Roll call showed the following members present: Mayor Pro tem Haynes, Councilmen Copeland Fyres; absent, Mayor Yett, Councilman Searight. • Mayor Pro tem Haynes introduced the following resolution: WHEREAS, the City of Austin has heretoforé entered into contract with L. J. Hurst for building and installing one kitchen cabinet in the City Hospital and in accordance with said contract said Hurst has completed said work, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN: That the sum of $179.50 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the City Hospital Bond Fund, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to draw a warrant for said amount, payable to L. J. Hurst in full payment for the above contract.
