Haynes, Nolen and Searight, 4; Councilman Haynes moved to instruct the City Attorney, J. Bouldin Rector, to prepare specifications of a proposal for bids for the city bonds voted December 24th, 1923, said bonds to be sold January 10, 1924. Motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Avery, Haynes, Nolen and Searight, 5; nayes, none. Councilman Searight introduced the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN: That the following prices are established for the sale of lots in Section "F" of Oakwood Cemetery Annex: (1) For Lots Nos. 1 to 22, both inclusive, 334 per square foot; (2) For lots Nos. 23 to 52, both inclusive, 324 per square foot. The above resolution was adopted by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Avery, Haynes Nolen and Searight, 5; nayes, none. The Council then recessed, SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin. Техав. December 26.1923. The Council was called to order by the Mayor.
