Soudder by deed dated July 9, 1894, and recorded in Book 126, page 304, of the Travis County Deed Records, and on January 21, 1903, conveyed by M. R. Scudder to Mrs. E. J. Showalter (now Mrs. E. J. White) wherein said 70 feet is described as Lot "O", by deed recorded in Book 183, page 196, Travis County Deed Records, which said deeds and the said recorde thereof are hereby expressly referred to and made a part hereof for all pторег ригровев; and WHEREAS, said Mrs. E. J. Bolton be appointed as advice expert in connection with the Texas Power & Light Company's proposition to furnish power to the City of Austin, said employment to be evidenced by contract to be drawn by the City Attorney as proposed. Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Avery and Haynes, 3; nayes, Councilmen Nolen and Searight, 2. Mayor Yett moved that Councilman Avery be authorized to negotiate with H. C. Weaver for assistant to F. C. Bolton, and report back to the Council. Motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor Yett, Councilmen Avery, Haynes, and Nolen, 4; nayes, Councilman Searight. The Council then adjourned.
