Stacy appeared before the Council and asked that the City extend sewer line through Block 30, Travis Heights. Councilman Barker moved that City Manager Adam R. Johnson, be given time to inquire into the records and that he make such recommendation as he веев proper. Motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor MoFadden, Councilmen Barker, Mueller, Pannell, 4; nayes, none, Councilman Reed absent. City Manager, Adam R. Johnson, asked that he be authorized to pay note due on Marmon car now held by the Austin National Bank and that he also be authorized to pay off note of $250.00 held by B. E. Giesecke. Councilman Barker moved that the City Manager be authorized to take up and pay off above notes. Motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Mayor McFadden, Councilmen Barker, Mueller, and Pannell, 4; nayes, none, Councilman Reed absent. Councilman Barker moved that the City Manager be authorized to sell, by sealed bid, all city cars not now in use, except two Buicks and one Jordan.
