McFadden. Austin, Texas, January 13, 1927. The Council was called to order by the Mayor. Roll call showed the following members present: Mayor McFadden, Councilmen Barker, Pannell, and Reed, 4; absent, Councilman Mueller, deceased. Councilman Pannell moved that the Council recess until 11:00 o'clock Friday morning out of respect to the memory of their late Councilman, Robt. Mueller, deceased, and in order that the Council might attend the funeral of said Councilman. Motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and same carried by the following vote: A yes, Mayor McFadden, Councilmen Barker, Pannell, and Reed, 4; nayes, none. The Council then recessed. O.A. M Fadden RECESSED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL: Austin, Texas, January 14, 1927. The Council was called to order by the Mayor. Roll call showed the following members present: Mayor McFadden, Councilmen Barker, and Pannell, 3; absent, Councilman Reed.
