393 The ordinance was read the third time and Councilman Mueller moved that same be finally passed. Motion was seconded by Councilman Gillis and same prevailed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilman Gillis, Mayor McFaddin, Councilmen Mueller and Steck, 4; naye, none. No further business coming before the Council, Councilman Mueller moved to recess, subject to call of the Mayor. The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and Councilman Gillis moved the adoption of same as read. Councilman Mueller moved that the bid of Frank Rundell for the purchase and removal of the South Austin Fire Hall, for the sum of $276.00, be accepted and the City Manager be directed to execute a bill of sale to Mr. Rundell for the building. Councilman Mueller moved that the bid of C. R. Scales for electric wiring, in the amount of $224.00, be accepted and the City Manager be directed to enter into a contract with said 0. R.
