Mayor Miller moved that the City Manager be instructed to grant permission to .G. 8. C. Tordt to place a snake exhibit in Zilker Park, as recommended by the Park Board, such exhibit being not only educational, but beneficial to the University of Texas and the Pasteur Institute as well; and, further, that permit be granted to the said G. 8. C. Tordt conditioned upon his making such exhibit safe for public inspection and releasing the City from any and all liability in the premises.
