CITY OF AUSTIN. TEXAS 1023 1023 THE STATE OF TEXAS ( PROOF OF DELIVERY TO MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL COUNTY OF TRAVIS ( Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Fred A. Masch, Jr., known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed below, and being duly sworn, on his oath deposes and says that he delivered a copy of the foregoing notice to each of the members of the City Council, at the time and in the manner indicated, as follows: To Mayor Drake, at 5:15 P.M., on December 5, 1952, by delivering a copy to him in person. To Councilman Johnson, at 5:45 P.M., on December 5, 1952, by delivering a copy to him in person. To Councilman Long, at 9:00 P.M., on December 5, 1952, by delivering a copy to her in person.
