Masch, Jr., known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed below, and being duly sworn, on his oath deposes and says that he delivered a copy of the foregoing notice to each of the members of the City Council, at the time and in the manner indicated, as follows: To Mayor Drake, at 5:15 P.M., on December 5, 1952, by delivering a copy to him in person.
