MR. GORDON WHITNALL, Los Angeles, California, outlined his professional and technical history dating back to 1910. His policy was one of guiding the planning and serving in an advisory capacity to those responsible for getting the job completed, and to gain acceptance by the town for which the plan was created. CHARLES GRANGER introduced those in The Master Planners Associated of Austin--the firms of Fehr & Granger, Montgomery & Williams, and The Marvin Turner Engineers, and submitted a brochure of their experience records in all phases of City Planning. Their method of organization would be to assign a coordinator in charge of the development of a Master Plan, and the combined expérience of the three firms would be at the disposal of the coordinator in working out the Plan with the Plan Commission. This Association had not had a copy of the outline covering the scope of the proposed Master Plan.
