JAMES NASH The Mayor explained the status of the Contract. The City Attorney went over the proposed contract in detail and a few suggestions were made by the Advisory Committee. Councilman White moved that the City Attorney be authorized to agree with Travis County on dividing the cost of acquiring the Bohn property needed for Ben White Boulevard right-of-way-2/5ths of the cost to the county and 3/5ths of the cost to the City.
