CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS Special Meeting November 13, 1962 10:00 Α.Μ. Council Chamber, City Hall 1240 The meeting was called to order with Mayor Palmer presiding. Roll call: Present: Councilmen Armstrong, Perry, Shanks, White, Mayor Palmer Absent: None Present also: W. T. Williams, Jr., City Manager; Doren R. Eskew, City Attorney The Mayor announced this meeting was called for the purpose of discussing and authorizing an agreement with the State Highway Department for the interchange from Bergstrom Field to north of the river. After discussion, Councilman White moved that the City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement with the State Highway Department for this interchange from Bergstrom Field to north of the river. The motion, seconded by Councilman Armstrong, carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Armstrong, Perry, Shanks, White, Mayor Palmer Noes: None There being no further business the Council adjourned subject to the call of the Mayor.
