EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE REPORT City Manager Tinstman commented on the M & C Employee Attitude Report saying that it indicated generally a high morale among City employees. Councilman Long moved the Council note the receipt of the Employee Attitude Report. December 28, 1967 CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS BOAT DOCKS Councilman LaRue offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: (RESOLUTION) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN: THAT the City Council of the City of Austin hereby approve the erection of a boat dock on the property owned by MR. I. L. HARRIS as described in the Travis County Deed Records and known as Thomas Gray Survey #2, Leroy Bednar 0.466 acre tract as described on the attached plot plan and hereby authorizes the said MR. HARRIS to construct, maintain and operate this boat dock to same being constructed in compliance with all the ordinances relating thereto and further subject to the foregoing attached recommendations, and the Building Official is hereby authorized to issue an occupancy permit for the erection of this boat dock after full compliance with all the provisions of this resolution. Said permission shall be held to be granted and accepted subject to all necessary, reasonable, and proper, present and future regulations and ordinances of the City of Austin, Texas, in the enforcement of the proper police, fire and health regulations and the right of revocation is retained if, after hearing, it is found by the City Council that the said MR. HARRIS has failed and refused and will continue to fail and refuse to perform any such conditions, regulations and ordinances. L. Johnston in the sum of $15.00 for the house located at 1149 Railroad (Front), in the sum of $11.00 for the house located at 2337 Rosewood (A & B), in the sum of $1.00 for the house located at 1012 Midway, in the sum of $12.50 for the house located at 1112 Midway, in the sum of $33.00 for the house located at 1147 Northwestern; the bid of L. Kubecka, the owner of said Woods Knoll Addition, has agreed to cause said lines to be extended and enlarged according to specifications set forth by the City of Austin, and to transfer title to said lines for the sum of $9,842.11; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of Water and Sewer Utilities have recommended said extension and enlargement of said water and sewer system; Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN: That R. M. Tinstman, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract under the terms of which the City of Austin will acquire title to those certain water and sewer mains installed by Louis D.
