Roll Call: Present: Absent: Councilmen Gage, Janes, Johnson, MacCorkle, Price, Mayor LaRue Councilman Atkison MAYOR LA RUE announced this Special Meeting was called for the purpose of naming a City Manager. All Council members present signed the Notice of Special Meeting called by the Mayor. Councilman Price moved the Council name MR. NORMAN BARKER as City Manager, City of Austin. The motion, seconded by Councilman MacCorkle, carried by the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Councilmen Gage, Janes, Johnson, MacCorkle, Price, Mayor LaRue None Absent: Councilman Atkison Councilman Janes moved the Council adjourn.
