( - CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS Special Meeting February 07, 1974 5:00 Ρ.Μ. Electric Auditorium 301 West Avenue The meeting was called to order with Mayor Butler presiding. Roll Call: Present: Councilmen Binder, Dryden, Friedman, Handcox, Lebermann, Absent: Mayor Butler, Mayor Protem Love None The Mayor announced that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the purposes of a Study Session of the Council Agenda, and to announce publicly during the Meeting it would convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Section 2, Paragraphs (g) and (f) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and after such closed or executive session, any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session would be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. The Mayor announced that the Council would go into executive session at this time to consider the items authorized in Section 2, Paragraphs (g) and (f) of Article 6252-17.
